To change the default settings, click the SETTINGS icon on the lower left hand corner of the main window.
General settings
- Autorun protection during startup: The protection is automatically started as soon as the program is run.
- Start minimized: Program will start minimized to system tray.
- Automatically start with OS: The program will start during startup of Windows.
- Ask for confirmation before deletes: Shows a confimation box to confirm before any deletes are allowed.
- Show button hints: Shows the floating hints for buttons and some other items.
Automatic Updates and Automatic Update Settings
These affect the update of the spyware database. You may choose the frequency to check for updates and also define proxy settings to access the internet if they are required.
