WinCleaner AntiSpyware Forum Rules

This Forum is for peer-to-peer support. On each forum there are members of the Development Team serving as moderators to help answer your questions. In addition to this, you will also receive valuable support from other users of WinCleaner AntiSpyware.

Basic Guidelines for Posting

1. Only one account per person is permitted.
2. Check that your question has not been asked or answered already. Use the forum's search feature - not the site's search box.
3. Please post in the appropriate forum, and stay on topic. Any posts deemed to be in the incorrect forum will be moved. Do not cross-post the same question in multiple places - ie. different forums, or multiple times in the same forum.
4. Posts related to already posted, solved (replied to) or documented bug reports and/or feature request are subject to removal upon the moderators discretion. No notice may be given.
5. Make your topic line appropriate to the content of your problem. The topic line is essentially a brief summary of the problem, and this is used during the forum search procedure - so make it relevant, useful and full of keywords! A bad topic is "help me", good topic lines include:- "missing icon after upgrade", "cannot install new version", etc.
6. Be complete, and include as much information as you can in your initial post. This includes the software version, Windows version, IE version etc. and any error messages you get. It will be difficult to give help when insufficient detail is supplied.
7. Do not submit vague posts - eg. "it doesn't work". Also, please be patient as there may be a delay in answering your questions. Useless posts will be deleted.
8. Please be thoughtful and courteous - this includes no rudeness, foul language, spamming or ranting (to name just a few).
9. Please take the time to thank those who have helped you and tell people the problem has been solved. If you post a problem and then solve it yourself - please post the answer since that will help others who may have the same problem.
